HNCL developed the “Vacation Budget Forecast” tool for Intrawest Resort Ownership Corporation—a touch-enabled sales tool designed to build trust and boost sales at destination resorts. After analyzing the sales process, HNCL integrated multimedia technologies to create a reliable, user-friendly system that streamlined presentations and eliminated the need for ongoing technical support.
Real Estate Marketing Systems
HNCL was among the first to develop interactive multimedia systems to support pre-construction real estate marketing. These platforms combined digital audio, video, and 3D animation to present project details and features—including location and amenities. They also included a mortgage analysis module that allowed users to calculate payment options and visualize investment growth—helping simplify complex decisions and build buyer confidence.

Real Estate Sales Process -
HNCL developed an interactive training program for the sales process at Intrawest Resort Ownership Corporation, aimed at clarifying and personalizing the sales journey. The program blended proven sales techniques with resort-specific messaging, helping sales professionals navigate each step with clarity and purpose. Rather than relying on rote memorization, the training emphasized understanding—empowering agents to connect authentically with clients.
HNCL worked closely with Intrawest teams to define onboarding steps, write scripts, film training modules, and design the program interface. An additional training module titled “Handling Objections” was also developed to help agents address client concerns with empathy and strategic insight.

Government of the Northwest Territories, Canada
Fuel Contractor Guide and Oil Spill Response Training -
Commissioned by the Fuel Services Division of the Department of Supply and Services in Canada, these programs were developed to support fuel tank operators across the Northwest Territories. The training modules were delivered through a custom learning management system that assesses operational knowledge, tracks learner progress, and issues certifications. Content includes essential safety procedures, emergency protocols, and best practices for handling petroleum products.
Oil Spill Response Fundamentals
This foundational training program provides essential knowledge for responding to oil spills, aligned with the standards set by the International Maritime Organization under the preparedness and response framework. The program is currently used by leading oil companies, naval forces, shipping and mining firms, and government agencies. Many clients choose to customize the program to reflect their environmental conditions and specific emergency response plans.

For one of North America’s largest funeral home networks, we developed four custom applications: Financial Management (FDMS), Business Operations (Business Works), Payroll Accounting, and Cemetery Management (HMIS). We also created a foundational computer skills training course, distributed to over 1,200 funeral homes.
